Health and wellness are an essential part of our lives. Unfortunately, it is a part of our lives that we are neglecting more and more. It seems the more we are progressing technologically the more we are regressing in other areas of our lives and putting things like our health, fitness, sleep, relationships, alone time, and much more on the back burner. What I Do
Today the world is busier and more chaotic than ever. Yoga and meditation bring the body, mind, and spirit back to balance creating clarity, flexibility, tranquility, and rejuvenation.
This creates a healthy body, a calm mind, and a gentle stillness in the soul. I teach and practice a gentle style of hatha yoga, combining it with yin yoga to promote flexibility, stress release, and balance that restores the whole person.

As most of us have been on a diet, you know it is difficult to keep the weight off.

Clutter makes our life one big heap of confusion. It keeps us stuck in the past, bogged down, and drained of energy. It traps us where we are and keeps us locked down. It saps our energy and wastes our time.
However, on top of the disorganization issue, the mental and emotional baggage that comes along with holding on to our things can keep us trapped.
